Our price match policy means that if you see the same diamond or a like for like item of jewellery at a lower price, we will always re-review our pricing to try and honour it for the same price or lower. 2. Certificate Guarantee

Diamond certificates detail the specifications of a diamond and are an assurance of diamond quality. At SILK Diamonds, we guarantee that each certified diamond we sell comes from one of the five most trusted independent laboratories in the world - the GIA, AGS, HRD, IGI or EGL. You may find some of our competitors produce their own certificates. At SILK Diamonds, we only offer diamonds with certificates from the strictest and most recognised grading laboratories in the industry.

3. Lifetime Diamond Guarantee

Every diamond and gemstone we supply comes with a ‘Lifetime Diamond and Gemstone Guarantee’ against cleaning and inspection that covers any manufacturing, polishing, cutting defects and any necessary repair will be conducted free of charge under the following terms and conditions:

The diamond / gemstone is identified by our production department as being defective as a result of a manufacturing default.

• The item has not had any damage as a result of mishandling or Inappropriate impact (eg. knocks, dents or pressure), and has had no alteration, manipulation, repair or care by a service provider apart from SILK Diamonds or is the consequence of normal wear and tear.

• Proof of purchase must be presented.

4. Diamond Information Guarantee

We guarantee to provide the full details for every single diamond we supply with its precise specification. Details of this can usually be found on the Valuation Certificate supplied with your item.

5. British Manufacturing Guarantee

With our workshops also based in Hatton Garden London and Jewellery Quarter Birmingham, we are extremely proud to be a British company that produces and manufacturers our jewellery within the United Kingdom. It is for that reason that all our jewellery is hallmarked by UK assay offices.
