Step Two: Design
It’s time to create your Bespoke Jewellery Design.
We use Computer Aided Design (CAD) combined with 3D wax models to bring your design to life. You will receive high resolution images of your chosen jewellery design along with real-life 3D models prior to production, providing you with full control of the design process from start to finish.
Our clients often express their satisfaction with their participation in the process of designing their jewellery and value the chance to share this experience with their loved ones, particularly for precious and sentimental pieces such as engagement and wedding rings.
Step Three: Production
Our team of goldsmiths are highly-skilled and some of the very best in the industry and are considered artisans within their respective fields. Your chosen design will be casted in platinum or gold, hallmarked and fully hand polished, hand set and finished to perfection.
All of our jewellery items undergo extensive quality control checks at every stage to ensure your item is delivered to a flawless standard. Our expertise and professionalism is our promise to you and backed by a two year guarantee on all of our products and services.

Step Four: Delivery
Your bespoke design is ready for delivery and as part of your package, you will receive a Valuation for Insurance Certificate with full details of the content of your jewellery including today’s RRP.
We will contact you prior to delivery to deliver the item in person or alternatively, we arrange a tracked and secure courier delivery service at a date and time that is convenient for you.
